Primary Origin: South Africa, Australia, Kenya and other African countries.
Common varieties and characteristics
South Africa: high SKR, low USKR, relatively low oil content, less rancid happens.
Australia: thin shell, high SKR, relatively easy to be rancid.
Africa: large in shape, with thick shell, low SKR. USKR is high (can be removed by equipment).
