NP (High kernel yield, excellent taste, smooth kernel texture. Compared to Australian nuts, the kernels are larger, with about 340 nuts per 500 gram).
Carmel (larger in size, more in line with the needs of the Chinese market,less smooth surface and it needs to be processed through the equipment to achieve requirements of the finished product).
Independence (second only to NP in quality, less common in the domestic market)
Shasta (slender shape and a moderate kernel yield, with deep grain patterns in the kernels)
